Returns & Refunds

Early Warning Report newsletter subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time and receive a pro-rated refund of the remainder of the paid subscription period. To cancel or request a refund, you must contact our customer service department at service@earlywarningreport.com or 1-800-509-5400. If your subscription is on automatic billing, you can stop the billing and receive the remainder of the issues already paid or receive a pro-rated refund and cancel immediately.

There are no returns or refunds for physical products, such as the Uncle Eric books, digital downloads, etc. There are no returns necessary for the printed Early Warning Newsletters. They are yours to keep once shipped. We'd be happy to consult with you prior to your purchase to be sure your needs will be met by our products and services; in fact, we encourage you to do so.

Shipping

Early Warning Report is published 10 times per year. It is mailed via U.S. Postal Service within the U.S. Purchasers outside the U.S. receive their Early Warning Report via electronic delivery only.

Uncle Eric books are only sold in the U.S. Anyone outside the U.S. should buy from a local bookstore. The books are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Shipping fee for 1 book is $7.95, add $1.50 for each additional book. The Complete Set of 11 books shipping fee is $19.95. The appropriate fee will be calculated at checkout.
